Obtaining A Commission
In order to commission me, you must be at least 18 years of age. This is non-negotiable under any circumstances. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to this age requirement, and lying about age will result in the termination of the commission with no refund and a permanent blacklist from commissioning BigBiteArt ever again.
In order to obtain a commission, you must have a flat color, current reference sheet of your character. It MUST be your own original character or one you have the full rights to. I do not draw fan art of characters for commission. If you are ordering a reference sheet, I will take descriptions, inspiration images, or any material you want included and referenced for the commission but that is the only exception to this rule and will be discussed thoroughly ahead of time before the commission starts.
I have a couple of things I will not draw and any requests asking for these items will be denied with a possible blacklist.
I Will Not Draw
• Anything having to do with hate groups
• Anything with sexist, racist, or homophobic tones
• Fan Art of existing characters (OCs or otherwise)There are things I am also not experienced at drawing but that would be discussed through messages when the request is placed. The person placing the request can then choose if they would like to continue with the information provided.
Things I Prefer Not To Draw
(Be it my own comfort or lack of ability)
• Macro and Micro
• Cityscapes
• Any trademarked Characters
• Mecha or heavy tech
• Anything Military Inclined
• Guns
Commission Process
My commission process has 4 main steps.Sketch, Line, Color, and Shading (If applicable)You will always get a WIP after every commission step unless otherwise notified by the commission type on Vgen.At each step, you will only get a max of 3 changes to the piece before charges start to occur so please be specific about what you want when submitting your request. Once a step has been okayed there is no going back to a previous step. Please make sure to take your time and go over the piece, I have no problem fixing mistakes on my part but any changes you want must be communicated while on the corresponding step.
Payment and Refund Policy
I currently work through PayPal, VGen, or Ko-fi for payment.I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ACCEPT CRYPTOCURRENCY.
If you are caught using cryptocurrency you will be refunded IMMEDIATELY and blacklisted IMMEDIATELY.If for any reason you need to cancel the piece, please do so as soon as possible to make it the easiest for both yourself and me.
If the piece is canceled before I send the first work-in-progress image, the full amount will be refunded.
If the piece is canceled anytime after the first WIP image is sent, you will get a partial refund based on what has been completed along with the progress I have made up until that point with my watermark on it. The watermark will be across the piece and under no circumstances is any other person or artist allowed to "finish" the commission.
I will accept only three cancellations from a commissioner before they are not allowed to commission me anymore. Once you are in the queue and I have to refund you through Paypal, that counts as one cancellation.
I also reserve the right to turn down any commission whenever I deem necessary due to any circumstances before or during the commission process. Should I feel a termination of service is necessary, the termination will follow the cancellation refund policy.
Final Project / Image Useage
Once the final product is finished, the file will be sent to you via the email or platform we used to communicate about the commission.
Once received, the commissioner may use the image as they like for personal use as long as proper credit is given, the signature is NOT removed, the piece is NOT edited without written permission from me AND IT IS NOT POSTED ON TWITTER/X.
Also, while you retain all rights and ownership of your characters, I reserve the right to use the piece of artwork I created in any way I see fit.
You may use pieces in streams and on websites as long as credit is given. You may not, under any circumstances, use my art for any kind of merch or retail use. To summarize all rights, commercial and reproductive, are the property of the artist. Therefore the artist is entitled to use the copyrighted artwork for; Promotion and advertising, publication of books, and display (digital and physical).
The commissioner is entitled to: Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use, print the art, claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself, and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you infringe on the copyright of the commissioned piece in any way, you will lose your right to the work.
Copyright infringement consists of: Reproducing/using the piece for commercial use (meaning making money off the piece), taking credit for the creation of the piece, removal of any watermarks/signatures, and altering the artwork without the consent of the artist.
Failure to follow any of these rules will result in a blacklist from being able to work with me and possibly a Buyer's Beware. You are free to contact me at any time with questions or concerns.
